Job Overview

We are hiring energetic and target-oriented Field Marketing Executives to promote our educational programs and increase student enrollment. This role involves visiting schools, colleges, local businesses, and public spaces to distribute marketing materials, engage with potential students, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Ziya Academy’s courses and programs in local areas, institutions, and public spaces.
• Conduct field visits to generate inquiries and collect student data.
• Distribute brochures, posters, and other promotional materials.
• Coordinate and participate in education fairs, seminars, and street campaigns.
• Maintain a daily/weekly report of marketing activities and leads generated.
• Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, school coordinators, and community groups.
• Achieve daily/weekly outreach targets and support enrollment efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSLC/+2/Degree (any stream)
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or promotion (preferred but not mandatory)
• Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English is a plus
• Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality
• Ability to travel locally and work in a field-based role
• Own two-wheeler (preferred)
