Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with local General Physicians, clinics, and referral doctors. Conduct regular field visits to nearby towns, villages, and corporate offices to generate patient leads. Organize and manage health camps, awareness drives, and outreach programs. Coordinate with reception and clinical teams to ensure smooth referral conversions. Distribute brochures, posters, and promotional materials strategically across touchpoints. Collect and report feedback from the field to improve marketing strategies. Maintain daily visit logs and performance reports. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or field sales (preferred). Strong local network in the medical community of Raipur and surrounding areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Two-wheeler and valid driving license required. Benefits: Fixed salary with performance-based incentives. Travel allowance as per company policy.
