OT Technician

Key Responsibilities – OT TechnicianAssist surgeons and nursing staff during operative procedures. Prepare and maintain operation theatre equipment, instruments, and sterile supplies. Ensure proper sterilization of surgical instruments before and after procedures. Set up OT tables, lights, machines, and surgical trays as per procedure requirement. Monitor and maintain aseptic techniques inside the OT. Handle and operate OT machines such as cautery, suction, anesthesia equipment (as instructed). Support in shifting and positioning patients before and after surgery. Maintain OT records, instrument checklists, and reports. Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely OT readiness. Manage inventory of OT consumables and request replenishment when required. Follow all safety, infection control, and hospital protocol guidelines. Provide assistance during emergency and routine procedures. Requirements: Diploma/OT Technician Course Preferred to experienced Candidates Good understanding of OT protocols Ability to work in fast-paced surgical environment Salary as per Experience based - Negotiable
