Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive with hands-on experience or knowledge in modular kitchens, UPVC windows, and furniture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground marketing activities, lead generation, site visits, and brand promotion in the assigned territory. This role requires regular client interaction and a deep understanding of the home improvement/interiors segment. Key Responsibilities:Conduct field visits to identify potential customers (residential, commercial, interior designers, architects, builders, etc.) Promote and explain product offerings related to modular kitchens, UPVC windows, and custom furniture solutions. Organize and execute local marketing campaigns, product demos, and exhibitions. Collaborate with the in-house sales and design teams to convert leads into confirmed sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, dealers, architects, and project sites. Distribute brochures, samples, and marketing materials in residential and construction areas. Track competitors' products, pricing, and marketing strategies in the market. Provide timely market feedback and submit daily/weekly reports to the manager. Coordinate with digital and design teams for local promotions and branding support. Ensure visibility of the brand at key project locations and retail points.
