Field Marketing Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to drive student outreach and lead generation activities. The role involves visiting colleges, engaging with students, and promoting our training programs/courses to achieve admission and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit colleges and educational institutions to promote our courses.
• Conduct seminars, presentations, and promotional activities on campus.
• Generate leads and build a student database for admissions.
• Engage with students, faculty, and placement cells to build partnerships.
• Follow up with generated leads and convert them into admissions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional materials/events.
• Maintain daily activity and lead generation reports.
• Identify new opportunities for outreach and partnerships.
• Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
• Represent the organization professionally during field visits.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Freshers or 1–2 years of experience in field marketing/admissions preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with public speaking.
• Willingness to travel extensively to colleges and institutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
