Field Marketing Executive

As a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Representative at Kohli Glow Signs, you will play a crucial role in promoting our high-quality signage solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting field marketing campaigns, engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and enhancing brand awareness through on-ground marketing efforts. Your passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to businesses and customers will be key to your success in this role. You will be responsible for showcasing Kohli Glow Signs products and services to business owners, retailers, and corporate clients, as well as building a strong pipeline for the sales team. Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and local events to increase brand visibility, distributing promotional materials, and conducting live product demonstrations will be part of your daily tasks. Gathering customer feedback, market insights, and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients will be essential to improve marketing strategies and drive business growth. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a related field, along with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong communication and networking skills, the ability to engage and persuade potential customers, self-motivation, goal orientation, and willingness to travel locally for marketing activities are all crucial qualities for this position. Experience in B2B marketing or the signage industry would be advantageous.
