Field Marketing Executive

Kickstart your marketing career by working at the front lines of customer acquisition and market development. As a Field Marketing Executive at FindStay, you’ll gain real-time exposure to B2B sales, local market dynamics, user onboarding funnels, and strategic brand penetration in the student housing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive market penetration by identifying and onboarding new PG owners.
• Educate PG partners on platform benefits, customer acquisition flow, and lead generation.
• Execute on-ground campaigns to boost FindStay visibility in key student-heavy zones.
• Collect, document, and verify PG property information (photos, pricing, amenities).
• Track lead quality, owner response rates, and suggest optimizations for retention.
• Collaborate with the growth team to provide feedback on user behavior and regional trends.

What You’ll Learn:

• Practical implementation of go-to-market (GTM) strategies
• Execution of acquisition and activation frameworks
• How to increase lifetime value (LTV) through better owner engagement
• Field-level insights into B2B partnerships & customer lifecycle management
• Experience working in a scalable startup marketing engine

Who We’re Looking For:

• Recently completed MBA in Marketing / Sales / Retail Management
• Strong communication in Hindi, Punjabi, and workable English
• Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
• Should own a two-wheeler (travel allowance provided)
• Passion for fieldwork, market research, and on-ground sales

Compensation Package:

• CTC: ₹2.5 LPA
• Fixed: ₹2.38 LPA (~₹19,800/month)
• Variable Performance Bonus: ₹12,000/year
• Travel Reimbursement for field visits
