· Sell company products/services to community (gated societies) customers in their assigned territory. Extensive travelling required in their assigned territory (35- 40kms+ per day). · Generating own leads through managing and developing relationships through various channels like building associations, customer referrals, retailers & service enterprises. · Conducting BTL marketing activities through Kiosk activity / Leafleting / Brochure Distribution to customers inside the assigned apartments etc. · Conducting & participating in on ground activities, events in the gated societies and execute permanent branding of ACT in the gated societies. · Generating sales from newly connected apartment projects and low penetration apartments of ACT.
