Job Summary

We are seeking a Field Marketing Executive who will play a key role in expanding EQUIP9’s reach across Jamshedpur and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, field-focused, and skilled in engaging with local stakeholders such as machine operators, owners, rental companies, and training institutes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to engage with heavy equipment operators, owners, and dealers to promote and onboard them onto the EQUIP9™ mobile app.
• Plan and execute local marketing activities and awareness drives to generate interest and increase app downloads.
• Organize and participate in Operator Relationship Activities (ORA) and Market Reach Activities (MRA) to boost community engagement.
• Collaborate with training institutes to promote the platform among new and upcoming operators.
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and posters in key equipment zones.
• Maintain regular communication with onboarded users to support retention and active usage.
• Collect feedback, market insights, and competitor data to improve strategy.
• Submit daily/weekly field activity reports and user onboarding metrics.

Requirements

• 0 to 6 months of experience in field sales or marketing (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication and people skills, especially with blue-collar workers.
• Comfortable with on-field travel and interactions in construction or industrial areas.
• Basic understanding of mobile apps and ability to explain tech features in simple language.
• Graduate or Diploma holder (any stream).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to work under minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
