Job Title: Field Marketing Executive – Jamshedpur Location: Jamshedpur Department: Marketing & Outreach Company: EQUIP9 About Us EQUIP9 is a tech-driven platform dedicated to transforming the heavy equipment industry through digital solutions. Our mobile app connects equipment owners, operators, resellers, and service providers on a single platform. We are expanding rapidly and looking for motivated individuals to join our mission. Job Summary We are seeking a Field Marketing Executive who will play a key role in expanding EQUIP9’s reach across Jamshedpur and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will be energetic, field-focused, and skilled in engaging with local stakeholders such as machine operators, owners, rental companies, and training institutes. Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to engage with heavy equipment operators, owners, and dealers to promote and onboard them onto the EQUIP9™ mobile app . Plan and execute local marketing activities and awareness drives to generate interest and increase app downloads. Organize and participate in Operator Relationship Activities (ORA) and Market Reach Activities (MRA) to boost community engagement. Collaborate with training institutes to promote the platform among new and upcoming operators . Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, banners, and posters in key equipment zones. Maintain regular communication with onboarded users to support retention and active usage . Collect feedback, market insights, and competitor data to improve strategy. Submit daily/weekly field activity reports and user onboarding metrics . Requirements 0 to 6 months of experience in field sales or marketing (freshers welcome). Strong communication and people skills, especially with blue-collar workers. Comfortable with on-field travel and interactions in construction or industrial areas. Basic understanding of mobile apps and ability to explain tech features in simple language. Graduate or Diploma holder (any stream).
