Field Marketing Executive

As a Field Marketing Executive for Honda Power Products, your role involves promoting a range of products such as generators, water pumps, and brush cutters in the designated areas. Your responsibilities include: - Visiting dealers and retailers regularly to provide support for sales and marketing efforts. - Organizing and conducting product demonstrations, exhibitions, farmer meets, and various promotional activities. - Distributing brochures, leaflets, and other marketing materials to enhance brand visibility. - Training dealer staff on product features and selling points to improve sales effectiveness. - Monitoring competitor activity closely and reporting market trends to the management. - Collecting feedback from customers and dealers to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications required for this role: - Previous experience in field marketing or sales preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Knowledge of the local market trends and customer preferences. - Proficiency in Hindi, the preferred language for this role.
