As a Field Sales Executive, your role will involve various responsibilities to drive lead generation and achieve sales targets effectively. - Lead Generation and Field Marketing: - Visit schools in MP to generate enquiries. - Identify new schools and connect with decision makers. - Product Presentation and Demo: - Schedule software demos for Principals or School Owners. - Explain product features and benefits clearly. - Sales and Target Achievement: - Achieve monthly demo targets. - Send quotations and proposals, and stay connected until conversion to sale. - Reporting: - Prepare daily field visit reports and attend stand-up meetings. - Update data in CRM or Google Sheets. In addition to your key responsibilities, you will benefit from: - Fixed Salary (15,000 - 20,000 as per city) - Incentive for Sales - Travel Allowance (as per company policy) - Mobile/Data Allowance This full-time role involves a combination of fieldwork for lead generation and office reporting for efficient coordination.
