You are someone who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in social work, rural development, or field management.
• Is fluent in Hindi and English (local language proficiency is a plus).
• Has strong people skills and a genuine commitment to community upliftment.
• Is open to travel and comfortable working in diverse environments.
