Job Summary

The Field Manager (Tour Guide) is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of tourism services at designated tourist destinations with 100% customer satisfaction. The role involves managing tourist experiences, handling day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and guide tourists in all activities, including room checks, transport arrangements, and sightseeing guidance.
• Manage daily operations and resolve issues that may arise for tourist guests.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tourists, clients, and stakeholders.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, progress, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of tours, incidents, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Collect payments from tourists and ensure settlement with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (preferred).
• Prior experience in the Travel & Tourism industry will be an added advantage.
• Freshers passionate about building a career in Sales are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000/- (including incentives of ₹2,000–₹5,000).
• Stipend: On successful completion of training, candidates will receive ₹18,000/- as stipend.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
