Field IT Hardware Sales (Laptop & Desktop)

As a Sales Executive for our organization, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of refurbished laptops and desktop computers. You will utilize your strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of IT hardware to engage with potential B2B and B2C customers through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking, and online platforms. Your passion for sustainability and cost-effective tech solutions will be instrumental in promoting our products effectively. You will be expected to present and recommend suitable hardware solutions to clients based on their requirements, negotiate pricing and terms, and successfully close sales to achieve or exceed monthly targets. Maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects in our CRM system and providing exceptional after-sales support will be crucial aspects of your role. Furthermore, staying informed about market trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities will help you stay ahead in the industry. Collaboration with the procurement and technical teams will ensure proper inventory alignment and high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position should have a proven track record in sales, particularly in IT hardware or electronics, along with a solid understanding of laptops, desktops, and computer components. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, as well as self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential qualities we are looking for. While a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred, prior experience in selling refurbished electronics or green tech products and having an existing client base or industry contacts would be advantageous.
