Field Investigation Manager

As a Travel Planner at our company, your role will involve planning the monthly travel schedule for the assigned locations/dealerships. You will be responsible for meeting the Field Executives (FEs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to ensure their adherence to policies and processes. Additionally, you will need to assess the FEs" awareness about various products and schemes. Meeting the Dealership supervisors, gathering information as per the audit checklist, and obtaining their feedback will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Plan monthly travel schedule for assigned locations/dealerships - Meet FEs/BDMs to check adherence to policies & processes - Assess FEs awareness about products and schemes - Meet Dealership supervisors, gather information, and obtain feedback - Conduct customer visits as required for fraud investigation or complaints - Submit field audit reports within prescribed timelines - Maintain highest ethical standards and integrity Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in travel planning or related field - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and ability to follow audit checklists - Familiarity with ethical standards and integrity in work practices In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, you will be expected to uphold the company's values of integrity and professionalism in every aspect of your work.
