Field HR Manager

Position: Field HR Manager Location: Pune (with PAN India travel) Experience: 3–6 years in Staffing (Contract) Services Qualification: MBA / MPM / Any Graduate or Postgraduate Gender: Male candidates only Job Responsibilities ·        Responsible for setting up new operational units across various locations in India. Tie up with different sources for recruitment. Recruitment of students 10th/12th / ITI/ Diploma/Graduates ·        Ready to conduct Campaign / Seminars in rural and semi-rural area ·        Should be single point of contact for Company, Associates/Workers & Talensetu ·        Should handle operations of Apprentice program (NAPS/ NATS)/ Contract labour. ·        Monitor the Administrative work done by co-ordinators/Manpower supervisor’s eg- Attendance, Absenteeism, Attrition, facility provided by company ·        Administration of contract Supervisors - Attendance, Absenteeism ·        Resolve grievance related IR issues ·        Should have Basic knowledge of statutory compliance related to contract labour/Apprentice ·        Work report and MIS ·        Good team player ·        Good communication skills ·        Basic computer knowledge – MS office Key Skills Required Proven experience in staffing/recruitment and field-level operations. Strong leadership and grievance handling capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across India.
