Job Title: Field Executive – Real Estate

Location: 96A sec 13 pocket B Dwarka 110075
Salary: ₹15,000 per month + ₹3,000 Fuel Allowance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-ground activities related to property visits, client interactions, and supporting sales and marketing efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site visits to properties listed by the firm and gather detailed information.
• Meet and interact with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their requirements and facilitate smooth transactions.
• Assist the sales team by generating leads and following up on potential clients.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and contractors to schedule visits and inspections.
• Collect market intelligence and competitor analysis by observing ongoing projects and price trends in the field.
• Report daily activities, progress, and challenges to the reporting manager.
• Assist in organizing property viewings, open houses, and other promotional activities.
• Ensure all required documents and paperwork are collected and verified during property transactions.
• Represent the company professionally in the field and maintain a good relationship with clients and stakeholders.
• Handle any other duties related to field operations as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or graduate preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market and property documentation is a plus.
• Valid driving license and own two-wheeler/car preferred (fuel allowance provided).
