Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Support audits and prepare necessary documentation
• Use accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, or equivalent)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good understanding of taxation and compliance matters
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
