Field Executive (Male)

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit customers for gold loan collections and recovery follow-ups
• Assist with loan documentation and KYC verification
• Help in promoting gold loan schemes in local areas
• Coordinate with the branch for timely updates on collections
• Ensure safe handling of customer documents and valuables during field visits
• Submit daily field reports to the branch head

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
• NO TARGETS
• Experience: 0–2 years in NBFC/Bank/Loan recovery preferred
• Skills Required:
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
• Willingness to travel for field visits
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps/WhatsApp reporting
• Vehicle: Candidate must own a two-wheeler with valid license
