Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in loan recovery or field collections preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of loan products and recovery processes. Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory. Knowledge of local geography and language.
