Job Description

Department: Liaison / Land acquisition / Finance

Role: Field Executive

Job Summary:

The Field Support Executive will handle day-to-day field activities such as cheque collection, visiting registration offices, and assisting in real estate-related background research. The role involves regular travel within the city and coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect cheques and documents from clients and partners.
Visit registration offices and government departments for document work.
Assist in real estate background research and site visits.
Submit and collect papers from banks, registration offices, and other authorities.
Maintain proper records of all field activities and submissions.
Coordinate with office staff to update status of ongoing work.
Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks.

Requirements:

Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience:
0 - 2+ years of field or operations experience .
Skills:
The candidate should have good communication and presentation skills.
Must have basic knowledge of local areas and routes.
Should be responsible in handling cheques and important documents.
A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Candidates who are willing to travel will be preferred.
Prior experience in R&D or research in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.
