Field Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and responsible Field Executives to join our team for KYC verification and Kotak 811 Savings Account openings. The candidate will visit customers, verify documents, and assist them in completing account opening procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers in the assigned area for KYC verification and Kotak 811 account opening.
• Collect and verify documents such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, and other details.
• Assist customers with form filling, app installation, and account setup.
• Maintain daily visit reports and submit them to the team leader.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Kotak Mahindra Bank’s KYC and documentation standards.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for account openings.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC or equivalent)
• Documents Required: Aadhaar card, PAN card, and valid bank documents
• Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in sales, banking, or KYC will be preferred
• Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
• Skills:
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps
• Willingness to travel within the city/assigned area
