Job Summary:

Bharat Medical Hall, a reputed pharmacy and polyclinic based in Baripada, Odisha, is looking for a reliable individual in Bhubaneswar to assist with local procurement of medicines. This is a freelance, field-based role ideal for someone who is trustworthy, organized, and familiar with the medical or pharmacy field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive prescription orders via WhatsApp or phone.
• Visit local pharmacies in Bhubaneswar to procure prescribed medicines not available through our usual stockists.
• Ensure proper billing with GST invoice and negotiate applicable discounts.
• Send the medicines to Baripada through daily buses or hand over to our connected stockists.
• Maintain records of purchases, bills, and dispatch status.
• Coordinate effectively with our Baripada team for timely updates and dispatches.

Candidate Requirements:

• Based in Bhubaneswar.
• Must have a smartphone with WhatsApp.
• Able to travel locally within Bhubaneswar.
• Prior experience in pharmacy/medical field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Should be punctual, honest, and dependable.
• Available on-call during working hours (no fixed duty hours).
