Job Description

Payroll:

Job Responsibilities

Field visit (go out for customer support), if there is no request by the customer then must attend calls at the office for support
Field visits for Equipment installation and troubleshooting and all.
Day off is only on Sunday but if in case no request on Sat/Sun then they standby at home.
Minimum 02 years experience with PLC programming, currently working with OEM engineer.

Expenses Reimbursements

Outstation Overnight Travel Allowance per night Rs.1600/-
If used own two-wheeler actual fuel cost
If used own car per KM Rs.17/-
Taxi, Hotel & flight fare actual cost

Insurance and other Benefits

Group Accident Insurance coverage Rs.10 Lakhs
Medical insurance coverage employee + spouse + kids Rs.3 Lakhs per annum (after 6 months from date of joining)
Leave encashment for unused leaves

Working Days

Weekly 6 days 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
Weekly off every Sunday
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday come to office. If there is no tech support visit

Holiday and Midnight Working

If working on public holiday eligible to get overtime allowance or comp off

If worked of midnight tech support after 10.00 PM to 2.00 AM next day first half day will be comp off

If worked of midnight tech support after 10.00 PM to overnight till next day morning, next full day will be comp off.
