Field Engineer

As a Solar Installation Engineer, your role will involve traveling to solar project sites across India for installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of solar power systems, including both rooftop and utility-scale installations. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising and coordinating with on-site contractors and technicians to ensure quality and timely execution of work. - Conducting routine site audits and performance checks on solar PV systems and associated electrical equipment. - Troubleshooting technical issues related to inverters, panels, wiring, and monitoring systems. - Ensuring compliance with technical drawings, safety standards, and company protocols. - Preparing and maintaining detailed site reports, including installation progress, incident logs, and system performance. - Liaising with the design, procurement, and project management teams to align on project timelines and requirements. - Providing technical support and training to local teams or customers when needed. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. - Prior experience in solar power system installation and maintenance. - Strong understanding of solar PV technology and components. - Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to solar installations. - Excellent communication and coordination skills.
