Job Description

We are seeking a Field Engineer to deliver high-quality classroom and hands-on practical training in maintenance engineering. The role focuses on developing technical competencies among trainees in areas such as diagnostics, preventive maintenance, safety, and equipment installation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and field-based training sessions in maintenance engineering.
Deliver modules on:

Preventive maintenance
Diagnostics and troubleshooting
Equipment installation
Safety protocols and standards
Practical simulations
Performance assessments

Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures during training.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry practices and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or a related field.
13 years of experience in a maintenance or field engineering role (training experience is a plus).
Strong technical knowledge in diagnostics, maintenance, and equipment installation.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to conduct hands-on training in both classroom and field environments.
