About Us: At Square Angle Infra, we are committed to building excellence. With ongoing projects, we’re looking for a Procurement Coordinator to act as the key link between the Engineering and Accounts teams – ensuring smooth material flow, purchase tracking, and site support. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the engineering/site team to understand material and equipment requirements. Raise and follow up on purchase orders with vendors and suppliers. Maintain daily records of procurement requests, deliveries, and payments. Ensure proper documentation and liaison between accounts and engineering departments. Track delivery timelines and follow up on pending materials to avoid site delays. Visit sites as needed to verify delivery, quality, and stock status. Keep a digital and physical log of all procurement activities. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement/logistics or coordination in a construction company. Strong knowledge of material flow, vendor management, and construction terminology. Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, and documentation tools. Ability to multitask, manage field visits, and coordinate between departments. Good communication and record-keeping skills. What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience.
