Job Title: Field collection manager  – Banking Sector (Under Agency)

Location – Dharwad, Karnataka

Job Description:

 We are hiring field collection manager for Bank Loan EMI Collections. The role involves contacting customers, educating them about their EMI payments, and following up for timely settlement.

Loan Categories:

   Secured Loans: Home Loan, Car Loan, Two-Wheeler Loan

   Unsecured Loans: Personal Loan, Credit Card, Business Loan

Key Responsibilities:

   Contact customers regarding pending EMIs and educate them about payment schedules.

   Follow up for EMI payments and settlements.

   Record customer responses and provide feedback reports.

   Maintain a professional and courteous approach while handling customer interactions.

Perform physical address verifications for bank loan customers.

Submit verification reports with accuracy and timeliness and collect EMI payments

type and location.

Compensation:

   Payout basis: ₹18,000 per month (based on performance)

   Performance will get additional incentive on target basis upto 15000 to 20000 additional.

Qualifications:

   Minimum education: 10th Pass

   Strong communication skills
