Job Title:

Bank Loan EMI Collections


Loan Categories:

  • Secured Loans

    : Home Loan, Car Loan, Two-Wheeler Loan

  • Unsecured Loans

    : Personal Loan, Credit Card, Business Loan


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers regarding pending EMIs and educate them about payment schedules.
  • Follow up for EMI payments and settlements.
  • Record customer responses and provide feedback reports.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach while handling customer interactions.


Compensation:

  • Payout basis:

    ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

    (based on performance)
  • Performance will get additional incentive of upto Rs.10000/-


Qualifications:

  • Minimum education:

    10th Pass

  • Strong communication skills


Languages Required:

  • Mandatory:

    English & Telugu
