Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Collection Agent located in Dhanbad. The Field Collection Agent will be responsible for engaging with customers to facilitate debt and cash collections, maintaining accurate transaction records, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures. The role also involves providing outstanding customer service to address queries and concerns effectively, while building and maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with fundamental Finance concepts
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Prior experience in a field or financial services role is an advantage
• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance or a related field is a plus
