Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Coach based in Panipat. The Field Coach will be responsible for training and mentoring field personnel, monitoring their performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role involves conducting field visits, providing feedback, and developing training programs to enhance field operations. The Field Coach will also support the implementation of best practices and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, mentoring, and coaching field personnel
• Skills in performance monitoring and feedback
• Strong knowledge of field operations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement training programs
• Proficiency in using technology for training and monitoring
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the water purification industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
