Field Auditor

The Field Auditor position involves being detail-oriented and proactive in conducting audits, verifying processes, and ensuring compliance within the assigned district. You will be responsible for conducting routine inspections of production sites to ensure adherence to company SOPs, including site setup, feedstock preparation, pyrolysis process, and biochar handling. Any deviations from established procedures must be identified, documented, and reported to management promptly. As a Field Auditor, you will provide on-site training and guidance to site operators, emphasizing the importance of SOP adherence, quality control, and safe practices. It is essential to maintain detailed inspection records, prepare comprehensive reports on site performance, compliance, and training requirements, and troubleshoot operational issues with practical solutions. In addition to your auditing duties, you may be required to assist with other logistical or on-ground requirements as they arise. The role includes frequent travel within the district to fulfill job responsibilities effectively. Ideal candidates for this position should be graduates, although 12th pass candidates may also be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel and basic laptop knowledge. Owning a personal bike is necessary as the role involves travel within the district, with petrol expenses being reimbursed. Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently are key attributes for success in this role.,
