Role Overview:

We are hiring Field Associates to join our mission-oriented team. As a Field Associate, you'll be involve political campaigning, leader onboarding, event execution, and public outreach playing a direct role i India's political narrative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Lead and support on-ground political campaigns..

• Event Management: Organize and coordinate political events, rallies, and meetings.

• Community Outreach: Engage with citizens, manage volunteers, and mobilize support.

• Field Reporting: Collect and document real-time campaign data and feedback.
