Field Associate – AgriTech Pilot (Erode & Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu)

Project-based opportunity with potential full-time conversion

Agriculture graduate or field professional

You will represent our company in the field, meet coconut farmers, explain drone-based analysis results from our recent pilot, gather feedback, demonstrate technology benefits, and engage new farmers interested in next-phase participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned coconut farms (around 500 hectares) across

  Erode & Dharmapuri

  .
• Explain pilot test results to farmers (training will be provided).
• Identify and map interested new farmers / areas for expansion.
• Record feedback and activity reports digitally (Google Sheets / mobile app).
• Coordinate with the project lead and operations team daily.

Ideal Profile

• Education:

  B.Sc. Agriculture / Agri Engineering / Life Sciences / Rural Management (freshers welcome).

• Skills:

  Basic computer & smartphone literacy; comfortable communicating data in simple farmer-friendly language.

• Languages:

  Tamil (fluent) + basic English for reporting.

• Traits:

  Field-oriented, sincere, respectful with farmers, eager to learn new agri-tech.

• Availability:

  Full-day (morning to evening), flexible as per farmer timings.

• Location:

  Must be

  based in or near Erode

  ; daily field travel required (Dharmapuri & nearby).

Additional Information

• Travel allowance provided; own vehicle preferred.
• Short-term / project-based role (initially for completion of the current pilot).
• Strong performers may be considered for

  full-time employment
