Collaborate with Molecular Devices team or teams across other customers/vendors to provide an effective solution Understand current Business scenario and competitive landscape. Have the ability to suggest strategic solutions for the growth of the business. Solves customers technical problems and complaints promptly. Collaborates with Sales and technical service to provide a complete solution to customers Lead the interactions in Presales discussions of technically complex products. Learning and adapting to Value Selling will be encouraged. Conduct customer trainings as and when required
