This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Application Specialist based in Mumbai. The Field Application Specialist will play a crucial role in providing technical and application support to customers, ensuring the optimal performance of equipment, conducting product demonstrations, and delivering user training. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with sales and service teams to provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Problem-Solving skills, along with experience in Product Demonstrations and User Training. Knowledge of relevant technology and equipment is essential, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams is key. Previous experience in the medical device or healthcare industry would be advantageous. A Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field is preferred for this role.,
