Field Application Engineer

As a Field Application Engineer at SR Electro Pvt. Ltd., you will utilize your expertise in Semiconductor Electronic components to provide technical guidance and support to our industrial and automotive sector customers. Your role as a key technical liaison will involve driving design-in and design-win activities by recommending and supporting electronic components across various applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing technical guidance to customers on product selection, integration, and application - Supporting customer design-in activities to ensure optimal use of recommended components - Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during development or post-sales - Collaborating with suppliers" technical teams to stay updated on new products, roadmaps, and solutions - Accompanying sales teams on customer visits to deliver technical presentations and demos - Facilitating communication between customers and suppliers to resolve complex technical issues - Developing deep knowledge of the company's product portfolio including semiconductors, passives, connectors, sensors, etc. - Conducting internal technical training sessions for sales and support teams - Creating and maintaining technical documentation, application notes, and competitive analyses - Identifying design-in opportunities and working with customers throughout the development cycle - Aiming for design-win conversions that lead to commercial orders and long-term engagement - Gathering and reporting feedback on product performance, market needs, and emerging trends - Supporting product management and marketing teams with insight for line card development and stock planning - Preparing detailed visit reports, customer engagement logs, and technical summaries - Maintaining accurate data in CRM systems to track design-in pipelines and support activities To excel in this role, you should have 3-8 years of experience and hold a B.Tech/BE degree in Electrical or Electronics.
