Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Unit Head – Clean Energy Division (Solar Inverter) located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The Business Unit Head will oversee the development and commercialization of solar inverters, managing the complete product lifecycle from R&D to market introduction. We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Solar Inverter Business Unit—a pivotal role combining strategic oversight, sales leadership, and after-sales excellence. Key Responsibilities • Formulate and execute a growth-oriented business strategy for the solar inverter division. • Lead sales and business development efforts, expanding market share in India and abroad. • Represent Brandworks at exhibitions, conferences, and seminars related to renewable energy. • Build a robust after-sales framework to ensure superior customer satisfaction and service reliability. • Leverage our 3.2 lakh sq. ft. capabilities (ODM & OEM) to ensure timely and quality delivery. • Partner with R&D, design, manufacturing, and sustainability teams to develop competitive products. • Attract, develop, and mentor a high-performing team across sales, marketing, product management, and service. • Manage P&L expectations, budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations. • Embed sustainability principles in all aspects of the unit’s operations.
