Job Description

You will be working as a part of the onshore Global FIC Business Management & Control team DBC Utility in Mumbai, India. Your role will involve liaising with COOs, Business Managers, and Infrastructure partners across the FIC products. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business and managing business activities across all FIC products. - Manage legal expenses invoices by approving them in ELM - Handle recertification and new access requests, approvals for various business drives, share point, and business applications - Review and approve Market Data Service for the FIC business and follow up with relevant stakeholders for approvals - Coordinate with business heads to maintain and update organizational charts for all FIC businesses - Work closely with Finance to open new books in BRDS - Assist in Business Continuity Management procedures for various FIC workflows globally - Manage the onboarding process for new joiners, movers, and off-boarding for leavers - Handle Vendor Risk Management requests - Undertake special project work as requested and on an ad hoc basis - CA/MBA in Finance from a premier institution with relevant experience - Strong computer skills, especially in managing high volumes of data, databases, and Excel.
