Fiber Engineer

As an Optical Fiber Project Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation and delivery of telecom projects. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential in ensuring smooth execution and coordination across various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and support end-to-end delivery of telecom projects. - Assist in the implementation, installation, and configuration of network infrastructure. - Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations. - Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and escalate unresolved matters to senior project management. - Ensure timelines are met while collaborating with multiple stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in network infrastructure within the telecom sector. - Good understanding of telecom projects, with knowledge of OFC, routers, IP/MPLS (desirable). - Strong coordination, communication, and documentation abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools. - Ability to escalate issues effectively and support senior project management in resolution. - Strong time management skills and ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
