Female Visa Filing Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Filing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end visa application process, ensuring accuracy, compliance with immigration laws, and timely submission of documents. This role requires strong organizational skills, up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and file visa applications for students.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with the destination country’s immigration regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to collect necessary documents and provide regular updates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, embassy requirements, and timelines.
• Track and manage application statuses and follow up on pending cases.
• Maintain organized records and databases of all visa files.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in visa filing or immigration consultancy (preferred).
• Thorough understanding of visa application procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with student visas
• Knowledge of CRM tools or immigration case management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
