We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, handling queries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Roles Make calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly Provide accurate information about products/services Maintain records of conversations and update customer databases Follow up with interested leads and schedule appointments Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required 1-2 years of experience in tele-counseling Strong communication skills Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel Goal-oriented with strong analytical thinking Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Tele calling or Related Field: 1 year (Required) Language: English, (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Punjabi (Preferred) Location: Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Required) Work Location: In person
