2. Have a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers3. Engage potential customers in a polite, professional, and friendly manner to build rapport and establish trust4. Deliver a compelling sales pitch tailored to the customer's needs and objections5. Address customer objections and concerns effectively to move the conversation towards a positive outcome6. Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field agents as required7. Record customer information and details of each call into the company's CRM system8. Make follow-up calls to nurture leads and keep them engaged
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in the related field
