We are seeking a motivated and personable Admission Counselor to join our team and help guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process with clarity, care, and professionalism. Key Roles Provide one-on-one counseling to prospective students and families about academic offerings, admissions requirements, and financial aid processes Review and evaluate applications for admission, making recommendations in accordance with institutional criteria Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM software to track student interactions and progress Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required 1–2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or student services preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
