Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to manage our MBBS admissions team. The ideal candidate will oversee lead handling, CRM operations, team coordination, and ensure high conversion of leads into finalized admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of admission counselors and assign daily leads.
Monitor and optimize CRM usage for lead tracking and follow-ups.
Personally handle and finalize high-priority leads.
Ensure timely communication with students and parents throughout the admission process.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, performance, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Improve admission processes and meet team targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
