Job Description

We are looking for a female Appointment Generation Executive to engage with business prospects over phone and schedule qualified, confirmed appointments for our field sales team.

The role focuses on business verification, interest assessment, and appointment coordination, ensuring that only relevant and prepared prospects are scheduled for in-person discussions.

This is a process-driven, quality-oriented role, with performance measured by appointment effectiveness and resulting sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Appointment Generation & Coordination

  • Call business prospects from provided lead data
  • Verify business details and identify the appropriate point of contact
  • Understand basic business needs and interest levels
  • Schedule confirmed appointments with accurate date, time, and location details
  • Share complete appointment information with the field sales team

Follow-ups & Confirmation

  • Reconfirm appointments prior to scheduled meetings
  • Send reminders to reduce no-shows and rescheduling
  • Update appointment status and outcomes in the tracking system

Process & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate call and appointment records
  • Follow approved calling scripts and qualification guidelines
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover of appointments
  • Participate in reviews to improve appointment quality and effectiveness

Performance Parameters

The role will be evaluated based on:

  • Quality and relevance of appointments fixed
  • Percentage of appointments successfully conducted
  • Feedback from field teams on appointment preparedness
  • Sales conversions resulting from scheduled appointments
  • Adherence to calling and reporting processes

Compensation Structure

  • Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
  • Incentives: Applicable, as per policy.
  • Performance-based incentives linked to successful sales conversions
  • No incentives based solely on number of calls or unqualified appointments

Candidate Profile

  • Female candidates with experience in telecalling, appointment fixing, or inside sales support
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Professional and courteous phone manner
  • Ability to follow scripts, processes, and quality benchmarks
  • Basic comfort with CRM or call-tracking tools
