Female Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Brand business development and relationship manager (Female).She will play a key role in promoting our brand, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing customer engagement.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Generate new leads through online research, market mapping, industry directories, and networking.
• Coordinate with customers for inquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and after-sales support.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation, offers, and contracts.
• Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system.
• Assist the sales team in tracking sales performance, targets, and reporting.
• Plan and support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
• Conduct basic market and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
• Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payment follow-up, and documentation.

Required Skills/Qualification

• Excellent verbal & written communication (English, Hindi, Punjabi).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Graduation in any stream (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA preferred).
• Must have 2 year experience in marketing.
