You will be responsible for both sourcing new properties and ensuring the smooth closure of sales transactions. Your key responsibilities include: - Sourcing Responsibilities: - Identify and cultivate new sources for property leads such as brokers, agents, channel partners, and references. - Establish and nurture a robust broker/agent network to ensure a continuous influx of clients. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches to stay ahead of the curve. - Generate high-quality leads for both residential and commercial properties. - Maintain a comprehensive database of broker/client contacts and track all sourcing activities effectively. - Closing Responsibilities: - Conduct client meetings and project site visits to effectively communicate property features and benefits. - Collaborate with clients and brokers to facilitate the finalization of deals. - Strive towards meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive deal closures.
