Role Overview: As a Real Estate Sourcing Manager cum Closing Manager, you will play a crucial role in handling both property sourcing and deal closures. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new sourcing channels, maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients, and ensuring successful closure of sales transactions in line with company targets. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new sources for property leads such as brokers, agents, channel partners, and references. - Build and maintain a strong broker/agent network to ensure a continuous supply of clients. - Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches. - Generate qualified leads for residential and commercial properties. - Maintain a proper database of broker/client contacts and sourcing activities. - Closing Responsibilities: - Conduct client meetings, project site visits, and effectively explain property features and benefits. - Coordinate with clients and brokers to finalize deals. - Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
